Marketplace & Listing Policy

Rules for buyers and sellers on DGC Bazaar and marketplace features inside DGC POS.

1. Scope

This policy applies to DGC Bazaar (dgcbazaar.com) and marketplace features inside DGC POS (app.dgcpos.net). It supplements our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

2. Operator role

the owner and operator of DGC POS operates the marketplace platform technology. Sellers remain fully responsible for their listings, pricing, inventory accuracy, fulfilment, taxes, customer service, product safety, and compliance with local law. The Operator is not the seller of third-party goods unless a listing is explicitly marked as sold by the Operator.

Cash on delivery (COD) and enabled online gateways are offered per seller and platform configuration. The platform is not a bank or escrow service unless a specific feature states otherwise. COD cash collection is an operational matter between seller, rider/courier, and buyer. Online gateway disputes are handled under the gateway’s rules.

6. Delivery and wards

Delivery zones, ETAs, and fees are defined by the seller or platform operations. Service should only be promised for wards/districts actually covered. Late delivery due to weather, traffic, wrong addresses, or courier issues does not automatically create liability for the Operator.

7. Demo and AI-generated images

Demo listings and placeholder product photos may use AI-generated catalogue imagery matched to product names. These are illustrative until a seller uploads authentic photos. Buyers should treat demo content as non-binding samples.

9. Enforcement

We may remove listings, suspend sellers or buyers, withhold features, or restrict accounts for policy violations, fraud, chargeback abuse, or legal requests. Appeals: [email protected]. We are not obligated to mediate every buyer–seller dispute but may assist with order status information where available.

10. Changes

We may update this policy at any time by posting a new version. Continued use of the marketplace after changes constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
