We retain data for as long as your account is active and as necessary for backups, security, dispute resolution, legal compliance, and enforcement of our agreements. We may delete or anonymize data when no longer required, subject to applicable law and active legal holds.

No system is completely secure; you use the Service at your own risk and should maintain independent backups of critical business records.
